My granddaughter Kylie is going to be 9 years old on August 16. Jason, her dad, crossed when Kylie was just 1. Since Kylie was 4, her mom Kelly and Steve (Kylie's new dad) had decided Kylie was not to know that Steve was not her biological father. Since February this year Kelly has been putting roadblocks in my way to see Kylie. It’s been one excuse after the other. Needless to say, it has been extremely difficult and stressful for me. Well, I spoke with Kelly this past week and she and Steve are going to be telling Kylie about Jason after August 22, when Kylie returns home. Kylie flew to Florida this morning to spend time with her grandfather (Kelly's dad). This may be the breakthrough that is the answer to my prayers. Are you ready for the topper of this God Story? Kelly told me this on August 9th – Jason’s birthday. Would you mind saying a few prayers for an easy transition for all?

The night of Millie's Class, Tuesday, August 9th, I had called Millie twice, once on her home telephone and once on her cell telephone, to see if we could meet for dinner. If we had, I would have missed the telephone call from Kelly. Millie, for some reason, did not receive either of the messages before class. ???

In Millie's class that night I shared my God Story. Dennis O'Donald, who was late arriving to class and missed it, tuned in and gave me a short message that had something to do with the number 2... 2 days, 2 weeks, 2. And I usually do not get numbers. And something about a music concert. Of course, it was 2 days later that I invited Kylie to a music concert in Santee and she would be home on the 22nd.
